Every sensor talks to your AJAX Hub 2 over the encrypted JetSparrow protocol. The hub authenticates the signal and routes it to AJAX Cloud in about 150 ms. From cloud, you and your nominated contacts get push notifications, SMS and voice alerts on the AJAX app — no monthly fees required.
If you want a guard or third-party operator to respond on your behalf, AJAX Hub 2 can be routed to a QLD-licensed Grade 2 EN 50131 monitoring centre. Mr Secured configures the routing — you choose and contract directly with the monitoring provider that suits your budget and SLA needs.
We map the sensor placement to your floor plan, install the Hub 2 with cellular SIM backup, set up MotionCam photo verification, train you on the AJAX app, and provide ongoing remote system management via AJAX PRO Desktop — the dealer-only platform that lets us diagnose and update your system without a callout.
