Premium CCTV and alarm installation for Coorparoo — character Queenslanders along Old Cleveland Road, the Coorparoo Square apartment precinct, and the family streets up around Whites Hill Reserve.
Mr Secured installs CCTV, Ajax alarms, perimeter detection, and access control across Coorparoo, from the character Queenslanders on the streets around Coorparoo State School to the post-war and modern infill homes up toward Whites Hill Reserve, plus the apartment and townhouse developments around Coorparoo Square and the train station precinct.
Coorparoo's housing mix means installations look different street by street: a 1920s Queenslander needs cable management around heritage timberwork, while a 90s townhouse on a battle-axe block needs perimeter coverage on its driveway and side fence. We design each system around the property — not a one-size-fits-all template — and pick equipment that handles the relevant property's actual realities.

8MP IP67 turret with active deterrence + colour night vision. Built for Brisbane outdoor conditions.

Wireless Grade-2 alarm with photo verification, smartphone control, and battery backup through power outages.

Video door station with app-based answer and remote unlock — ideal for body-corp and gated properties.
Long shared driveways are the highest-risk approach. A dedicated 4K plate-capture camera at the entry pays back fastest.
Front-facing properties have higher passing traffic. Active deterrence cameras (visible status light + speaker) work better than passive recording.
Newer apartments and townhouses around the train station need body-corp sign-off. We provide the documentation packet most committees ask for.
The single most valuable camera position on a battle-axe block is at the driveway entry — covering the public-street approach with a dedicated 4K, narrow-field camera that captures licence plates clearly. After that, a second camera covering the driveway turn (where vehicles slow and a person could step out) and a third at the carport/garage door. Wide-angle cameras at the house itself catch movement near the property but rarely capture useful detail of someone arriving by vehicle. We usually recommend three cameras for this layout — entry, mid-driveway, and house — rather than one wide-angle at the house alone.
For high-traffic frontages we recommend cameras with active deterrence built in — visible status light, speaker, and AI human detection that triggers a strobe and audio warning when someone enters the property line. The Dahua TiOC range does this well. Combined with a license-plate-grade camera at the driveway entry, you get both deterrence and evidence capture.
Yes. We provide the documentation packet most strata committees in this precinct ask for — camera and intercom positions, cable routing, fixing details, indemnity statement. Most Coorparoo Square buildings we've worked with approve within one meeting cycle.
Every Coorparoo install is carried out by Mr Secured's in-house, QLD-licensed team — no subcontractors and no call centres.
