Can I add cameras to my existing system?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on what’s already installed. Most older 4MP systems can’t be mixed with new 8MP cameras without compromising recording quality. We’ll do a free assessment and tell you straight whether it’s worth upgrading components or starting fresh.
Do I need internet for the system to work?
The recording works without internet. Live remote viewing, mobile app access, and cloud backup all need internet. We recommend stable internet for full functionality but the recording side is independent.
What happens if a camera breaks?
12-month parts and labour warranty on everything we install. Manufacturer warranties (2-3 years) on the cameras themselves. After warranty, we charge for parts but our time is part of your ongoing service relationship.
