Wall-mounted answering monitor for inside the home. 7"–10" touchscreen. Handles incoming intercom calls, lets the family see and unlock for visitors without reaching for a phone. Optional integration with the Dahua NVR for live CCTV view on the same screen.

Yes. Mr Secured de-mounts your existing doorbell, runs Cat6 cabling to the new Akuvox panel location (or re-uses serviceable existing cabling), mounts the new panel, configures the SmartPlus app on family phones, and trains you on the system. Typical 1-day install for a residential property.
Yes. The R29 entrance panel can be installed first with the existing tenant directory, then individual units can upgrade their indoor monitors to IT83 over time. Each unit's app access is managed through the cloud portal, so an owner moving in 6 months from now can be added without re-configuring the panel.
