Do I need to buy new cameras?

Usually no. Parquery works with most modern IP CCTV cameras already installed at the lot — Dahua, Hikvision, Axis, and others. During the free site survey we confirm whether your current coverage is enough, and only flag camera additions if there's a genuine blind spot. If new cameras are needed, we'll quote them transparently as a separate line item.

How accurate is camera-based AI compared to in-ground sensors?

After the two-week AI calibration period, Parquery typically delivers 97–99% occupancy accuracy in production sites, comparable to in-ground sensor networks but without the civil works, battery replacement, or per-bay hardware cost. Accuracy holds in rain, low light, and standard weather conditions across Brisbane.

Can it integrate with our existing boom gates?

Yes — Parquery's ANPR module integrates with the major Australian boom gate controllers (Came, FAAC, Nice, Magnetic AutoControl) via dry-contact relay or IP-based triggers. We do the integration as part of the deployment. If your gate is older than ~10 years, we'll assess whether the controller needs an upgrade.

How long until it's actually live and useful?

Typical timeline: site survey within the first week, deployment in the second week, two-week AI calibration window, then production live. From your first call to live dashboards is usually three to four weeks. ANPR gate integration adds 1-2 weeks depending on existing gate hardware.

What does ongoing cost look like?

You pay a one-time installation/integration fee (varies with site size and camera count) plus an ongoing per-camera-stream Parquery licence. Power BI dashboards are included. There are no per-bay sensor fees, no battery replacement contracts, and no per-event ANPR fees. Where is the parking and licence-plate data stored?

Occupancy data and ANPR licence-plate records are stored in Parquery's GDPR-compliant cloud infrastructure with Australian-region hosting where required. Camera footage stays on your existing on-site NVR — only AI-processed occupancy events are sent to the cloud. For body-corp privacy obligations under QLD law, we document the data-flow in a one-page schedule for your records.
