How does pricing work across multiple rentals?
Per-property quote, portfolio rate for hardware bulk. Service plan covers all sites under one monthly figure (or annual prepay). Consolidated invoice for end of financial year. We can quote against a property list directly.
Can tenants only see their own property, not the rest of the portfolio?
Yes. Tenant credentials are scoped to their unit only. They can’t see other properties, can’t see other tenants’ cameras, can’t change system settings. Owner-level account has full visibility; tenant-level accounts have unit-level only.
What about short-stay / Airbnb properties?
Per-guest time-bounded codes via Akuvox SmartPlus. Codes activate on check-in time, auto-revoke at checkout. Entry-camera snapshot per arrival for dispute resolution. Self-check-in works without lockboxes. Integrates with most calendar platforms.
Do you handle tenant turnover — credential changes when someone moves out?
Yes — we can revoke old tenant credentials and onboard new tenants remotely. Owner sends us the changeover details, we handle the credential management, app invitations, and a quick remote walkthrough with the new tenant. Included in the 3-year free remote support window.
Do you partner with property managers?
Yes. Property managers can have their own scoped account — they see the rental for handovers and emergencies but not the owner-level dashboards. Common arrangement on managed-portfolio installs.
What’s covered under the warranty across a multi-property install?
